Closes #30

This change:

Makes editorial changes (changes informative sections, or changes normative sections without changing behavior)

Commit message:

Explained updated to add the rationale behind the updates in the specification. In concrete, updating the texts and including the device_type and color_scheme members, and updating the platform_version and version members.
