TPAC joint meeting with WebApps WG #52

Web Applications Working Group is waiting for our feedback about the joint meeting on manifest during TPAC 2022. Any comments?

They meet Monday (12 September) and Tuesday (13 September) from 9 am (which is 08:00 UTC / 16:00 Beijing time) to 5 pm (which is 00:00 UTC / 08:00 Beijing time).

I´ll be glad to join them. I could adapt to almost any available slot on Monday 12 Sep. Tuesday is more difficult for me, but I could also fit it.

^^ this is the issue that I18n folks would like to talk to the Editors of both Manifest specs.

After thinking over the time difference between China, the EU, and Canada, maybe it's better to continue the discussion offline on GitHub :S
