Alignment on `"req_permissions"` #57

Similar to #43, MiniApp may want to align "req_permissions" with "permissions_policy". Technically, this is for Isolated Web Apps, not regular Web apps (or PWAs), but there is yet another proposal for "permissions" on the table in this Edge explainer

At least, we should align the common taxonomy for the features.
