WG Meeting at TPAC - Agenda Topics #213

The TPAC Working Group meeting is scheduled for 26 September 2024 (09:00 PT) (see it in the calendar).

After discussing with @siusin , I'm posting here some topics for discussion during the meeting. I'll be in person, so I'll be happy to chair the meeting. We will have several observers and also new potential working group members, so we are proposing these agenda points:

  1. Logistics & Administrivia
  2. Status of specs
    • MiniApp Lifecycle
    • MiniApp Addressing
    • MiniApp Widgets Requirements
    • MiniApp Packaging
    • MiniApp Manifest
    • MiniApp Components
    • MiniApp for IoT?
  3. New proposals
    • Components and API profiles
    • MiniApp Object Model
  4. AOB

I can create a slide deck, present the two first topics and drive the discussion. However, for the third point, I would need some support to present the idea with the existing views from the different mini-app implementations that use this model. It would be great if anyone could take the lead on this topic or send me some material (a couple of slides) to include in the presentation. Please, share with me a couple of slides with the proposal. Thanks in advance.

Please, comment on this issue to include new topics or amend the existing ones. It will serve to refine the duration of the session (initially we are thinking of 2-3 hours maximum, but we have the full day reserved for us). Thanks

Could you, editors (@Sharonzd , @maxie , @QingAn ...) confirm if you will participate in the meeting and present your part (status, main issues, next steps...)?

For that, I've drafted a slide deck we can use for the discussions. I have placeholders for all the topics, so please let me know if you want to create one or two slides to add to the presentation. If you prefer, just update the document in the repository and I'll merge it. Thank you in advance.
