Orientation of punctuation in horizontal & vertical Mongolian text #32

What is the correct orientation for the various punctuation marks in Mongolian when text runs vertically and when it runs horizontally? Which are upright whether or not the text is upright or horizontal? Which are always lying on their side? Which change orientation as the flow direction changes?

You can find an editable selection of punctuation marks at

(The character app you arrive at allows you to apply different fonts (with different results), but note that some fonts may not contain all the characters listed, and the display is likely to fall back to other fonts in order to display those glyphs. There is also a control on the pulldown menu (activated from the horizontal bars at the top right of the input box) to toggle between text directions.)

This question arises from an issue raised against the Noto Sans font.
