Link data types to microsyntaxes

Our data-type pages have a "Where is this type used?" section at the bottom. This is generated automatically, by collecting all elements that use the data type. But it's not sophisticated enough to look into MNX microsyntaxes; we should improve that.

For example, the note value data type is used within the note value quantity data type. Ideally the note value page's "Where is this type used?" would include something like "Note value quantity microsyntax."
