Having an automatically maintained map of the all the WebIDL interfaces that are developed across the Web platform would make it easier to navigate the organic structure of Working Groups / Community Groups / etc, and would let groups discover more easily ways other interfaces deal with specific patterns.
Both PLH and I have early versions of such a tool.
