Error in .MXL tutorial #424

https://www.w3.org/2021/06/musicxml40/tutorial/compressed-mxl-files/ gives the example container.xml file with declaration:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8">

I believe that is invalid, and should be:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Indeed, and same mistake twice in that page
