Allow SMuFL clefs #491

As long I didn't miss something it is not possible to point to a specific SMuFL glyph for a clef. I propose to allow the smufl attribute on sign.

In the following example all clefs would be encoded as <sign>C</sign>.

Indeed I missed something: <glyph type="c-clef>cClefSquare</glyph> would be the correct way to style it globally. However, switching between styles may be desired, e.g., to indicate original cleffing in renaissance choir music.
