color of flags #521

It seems that there is no way in MusicXML to separately control the color of a flag.

Here are two ideas to fix this.

Make the color attribute of <stem> also control the color of the flag. This would be a documentation-only solution.
Add a new attribute, say, flag-color to <note>.
