Fixes Issue #41

Fixes a few typos
For Additional Rule Subclasses move a note that related to all 3 Rules as a note before
Add a section on 4.x to specify how to define a subclass of an odrl:Constraint
- For example a Constraint to always have a unit in the constraint (it is not mandatory in the basic Constraint)
