odrl:function #53

a rule that applies to multiple categories that are unrelated (that is, also not practical to create a odrl:PartyCollection) As such it would be good to have a sequence of odrl:Party as acceptable input.

ex:RuleEx               a odrl:Permission;
            odrl:function ex:PartyA, ex:PartyB.
