Is payeePaymentIdentificationMachineReadable redundant with PR API id? #66

@mattsaxon points out that Payment Request API supports an id that can be used for reconciliation. Does this serve the purpose of payeePaymentIdentificationMachineReadable? If so, should we remove payeePaymentIdentificationMachineReadable?
