[x] Rename repo to webpayments-methods-credit-transfer
[ ] Merge into single spec, maintaining 3 PMIs

I think the new name should align with basic card, namely: payment-method-credit-transfer.

I made the repo name change and also redirected old links to the new repo name.

I understand the "merge PISP" part here. For the PISP repo, can we just leave it as is with a note at the top that says "we are no longer using this repo; go look at this other one"?

I have marked the PISP repo as deprecated and hope that suffices. I have added a link to the "one true credit transfer repo".

Next up: merge the specs.

could you please tell me, what is the use of remittance information in PMI(manually initiating payment )

What has to be done to merge the two specs into one? Who has the ball on this? Ian
