Remove "standardized payment method identifiers" #67

With "basic-card" gone, we don't need standardized payment method identifiers anymore.

Alas we still do. SPC is currently relying on Payment Request and defines a standardized payment method: https://w3c.github.io/secure-payment-confirmation/#sctn-payment-method-identifier

I'm going to close this for now.
