Mark hasEnrolledInstrument() at risk? #926

Following up on https://github.com/w3c/payment-request/pull/833, it seems hasEnrolledInstrument() only shipped in Chrome and never got implemented in Safari. We might need to follow up and see if we can get a second implementation.

Proposal is now to remove hasEnrolledInstrument() from 1.0, then add it back in a 1.1 and again push for a second implementation. This would allow us to go to REC.
