Describe's retry()'s expected usage + talks about the end user being able to basically change all the things.

This indeed makes the purpose and correct handling of retry much clearer, I like it.

Remarks/typos:

... end user may decided...
... an entirely new set of values ...
Maybe you could add the information that - while a lot can change - it is not possible to change the payment handler. The algorithm implies this, but currently, the note might be misinterpreted in that regard.

Thanks @SECtim! Fixed the typos and added the explanation about switching handlers not being possible.
