Consider renaming PerformanceObserverCallbackOptions #199

Options are normally used as something developer supplied, but here that is not really the case. It is more a dict with additional info to the callback.

We could do that; this doesn't appear to be web exposed. Any suggestions on a better name, @kenchris?
