Should movementX/Y move to UI Events? #82

Is there any reason why the movementX/Y events shouldn't live in the UI Event spec instead?

[old editor comment] I believe they could be moved, they were written before UI Event spec existed (and or I wasn't aware of it at the time). Cleaning up seems good.
