@fantasai — Looking at the SVG changes, I noticed that e.g. instances are not surrounded by commas, but should be according to the external style guides to which the W3 style guide points. Is this sufficient call to your attention, or would you like new issue(s) and/or PR(s)?

@TallTed It's an image, not a paragraph, so actually I think it's correct to not have commas. Punctuation in images is often minimized.

At best, that's a slippery slope kind of argument. Where does such minimization end?

I have found no style guidance saying anything like, "it's OK to use less punctuation when text is shown within an image, and here's how much less is OK."
