Update references to "CEPC" and "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct" #922

Since the adoption of the updated document in March 2024, the Process should no longer refer to "CEPC" and "Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct", but to "Code of Conduct" or "Code".

I believe I've already made that fix in the current draft Process (see at least c92eacf3ee525ba7cf9f1375410f6f90b9590705). Did you spot any leftovers?

Oh dear, I didn't even know to check a current draft Process! Sorry for the noise. This is moot.
