ONIX display - other values - Format information in general section - lists 175 and 220 #319

In the User Experience Guide for Displaying Accessibility Metadata - general information section - add information about formats from ONIX list 175 that are not yet included.

Ones that could be added are:

E146 - BRF (Braille-ready file) Electronic Braille file

and also the values from code list 220 - which state what version of pub and from July 2024 what version of PDF the product is. https://ns.editeur.org/onix/en/220

CROSSWALK - https://w3c.github.io/a11y-discov-vocab/crosswalk/ schema.org braille - is currently mapped to ONIX code E146 from list 175 and ONIX code BRL from list 21
