ONIX display - other values - List 143 - risk types unknown #323

In the Display techniques for ONIX document - propose to add the three new ONIX codes from list 143 to the Hazards section List 143 - code 24 - Flashing risk unknown List 143 - code 25 - sound risk unknown List 143 - code 26 - Motion simulation unknown

NB these three codes will be added to list 143 in July 2024
