Key information titles in techniques

Currently in the techniques we have no indication of on-screen printing of key information titles, so we do not have the strings and the IDs in the techniques.

• do we want to add key information title printing instruction in all key information instructions?
  • if yes do we want to point out that it can be hidden in case of missing metadata (for key information that are not alway visibible)?

This highlights that some informations will be alone under a title. That concerns Visual adjustments, Non visual Reading and Pre recorded audio (i.e. for those values we'll get one title one sentence).

To me the three Informations are related to Reading Mode and should be under that title (so one title, three information instead of one title per information).
