Added a terms section in the intro #435

Three terms were added. I removed the refreshable braille note later in the document.

I struggled with the capitalization issue. I searched for the correct approach and settled on using the capitizalization of RS and PC, but I will agree with you and remove these.

I only asked you to review.

I will make the changes, commit and merge.
