Status of EPUB Adaptive Layout Spec #92

The EPUB Adaptive Layout Spec was last published almost seven years ago as an "informational document".

I believe we should make it clear that this work has been abandoned. While the use cases remain, the CSS Working Group is the proper place for such things, and indeed some things have been achieved since this spec was last worked on, such as CSS Variables.
