Conversion of accessibility wiki page for schema.org properties #18

As I mentioned on the last working group accessibility call, it would be really helpful to formalize the wiki page as more of a proper specification (albeit only a CG note).

This PR is a basic conversion of the page to respec to begin that process. I've removed the duplication between the table at the top and the extended descriptions below and done a few other cleanup tasks, but otherwise this is still the wiki text.

Before investing time in actual editorial work - like filling in descriptions for the vocabulary terms that don't have them (everything outside of accessibilityFeature) - is this something we want to pursue?

Looks like a great start, and it looks to be a lot of work.

Ya, I'll probably wait on this and make sure we have the right group, procedure, etc.

A lot of definitions to fill in, for sure. We should also look at some of the more archaic features, like slash extensions, and determine what to do with them. But all in time...
