Why are we using entry.html as the well-known location instead of the much more common index.html?

We should use index.html as that is (and has been for eons) the default resource for a directory (on most Web servers).

I agree that it should be index.html but if we were going to change the file name, this would effect the links in menu. Therefore, rather then changing the link in every other file we should have a common file so that we only make changes there and it gets updated in other files too.

There's no menu being specified by this spec, so I'm confused by the concerns raised here. Perhaps this isn't the repo/issue you thought it was? 😃
