Allow both XPTY0019 and XPTY0020 #24

I’ve added both XPTY0019 and XPTY0020 to some tests (if an expression is rewritten, it may not be possible anymore to strictly differentiate between these two error states).

Personally, I agree with the reasoning. My only reservation is that I'm reluctant to make this change when the WG explicitly decided against it: see https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=13204

Good to know that you encountered the same issue 9 years ago. We already got user feedback that revolved around the same question. Do you remember any of the reason that were brought up against making this change?
