§3.8 user need 10 add real-time text [RAUR] #10

in §3.8 user need 10, only instant messaging is mentioned as a text communication means. Real-time text is also a valid form that should be included. (it is mentioned in the note, but should be included in the requirement itself as well )

Proposal: Change from "send and receive instant messages via a text interface" to "send and receive real-time text and/or instant messages via a text interface"
