Raur - please look at coga issue paper #15

I am not sure of the scope of the requirements. But there are coga issues here. such as

D oes the scope included automated systems, "bots" and conversational interface such as Voce ml or AI? If so we also have a draft about at conversational interface https://docs.google.com/document/d/1B1vCqlU1IF5UmqxhJAy8Khdi-kRQNPalVX8f3lCMr7w/edit#heading=h.9j8rnhzb9sv8

@lseeman Those resources are useful for our Natural Language Interfaces Accessibility User Requirements work. I'll add them as issues, and tag them as NAUR, so we can refer to them.
