Minor changes on the explainer #16

The main change is the reference to Rachel's and Dave's paper.

  1. I have updated the reference to the one archived via the mailing list
  2. I have changed §1.1 by
    1. Added a reference to the review which we still miss (should be filled), but also a reference to the implementation and deployment (please, @msporny and @dlongley, check this!)
    2. I have, to be symmetric, added a reference to Aidan's entry making it clear that he author has implemented the algorithm. @aidhog, any other way you prefer to have that?

I think having a reference to both to some review (because it is mathematics) and to implementation (because this should become a standard after all...) is important.

That looks fine to me.
