Editorial swig discussion - maximal change #66

This is a proposed maximal change: removal of the term "Linked Data", using the term "RDF" everywhere.

Note that this incorporates the proposal of PR #64

I think this is really the best direction to go, in spite of the messaging problems that could hit communities such as Verifiable Claims. This is about RDF – an instantiation of the data model – and not about a specific serialization, And it is not about securing data across the web.
