Adding the 'no problem' section #71

Designed to address some of the concerns raised by DanBri et al.

Thanks Phil! I think having this text in the explainer is a good idea, and my comment is purely editorial.

We already have such a 'disclaimer'-like note in the text: the 'Note' right before §1.1. We should be consistent: either

  1. we should present this text the same way, ie, a note at the end of §1.1 (as opposed to a separate subsection as presented here); or
  2. the note on canonicalization should be in its own subsection.

I have a slight preference for (1) above, but that is not a strong one. But I think editorial consistency is important.
