Revising blank node labels #91

Per the discussion on the Semantic Web mailing list (https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/semantic-web/2021Jun/0114.html), revising the language to avoid implying that an (abstract) RDF dataset has blank node labels/identifiers.
