In view of the large number of documents to be handled, I wonder whether it is not wiser to stage the publications (as of now, it is a big splash of documents every time...)
Something like:
October 2019: First teleconference
December 2019: FPWD for RDF 1.2 and RDFa 1.2
March 2020: CR for RDF 1.2 and RDFa 1.2
March 2020: FPWD for SPARQL 1.2 and SHACL 1.1
June 2020: CR for SPARQL 1.2 and SHACL 1.1
June 2020: FPWD for CSVW 1.1
September 2020: CR for CSVW 1.1
December 2020: Rec for RDF 1.2 and RDFa 1.2
March 2021: Rec for SPARQL 1.2, SHACL 1.2, and CSVW 1.1
We can tighten up if we believe the FPWD and the CR can be moved closer together (by one month interval rather than three).
