Various errata from 1.1 #2

From RDF 1.1 Errata:

[x] 5 – Closing bracket error in Appendix A
[x] 6 – Superfluous "which" in Appendix B
[x] 7 – Missing "to" Appendix B
[x] 8 – "there there" -> "then there", Appendix C
[x] 12 – Typo in references FIXED ALREADY
[ ] 13 – Missing references to RDF 1.0 NO NEED TO FIX ANYTHING FOR THIS HERE

I've fixed 5, 6, 7, and 8.

It appears that 12 is already fixed in spec/common/local-biblio.js. At least I can't find Alex Polleres anywhere in the repository.

I don't think that anything needs to be done for 13. RDF Semantics refers to the original semantics document, which is the appropriate link to RDF 1.0.
