Comment for rdf:PlainLiteral in the specs #52

As suggested by @pfps (https://github.com/w3c/rdf-schema/issues/10):

My suggestion for resolving the issue would be to add something to the comment for the datatype to the effect that rdf:PlainLiteral is no longer used in RDF itself, but that it continues to be part of RIF and OWL 2. But that isn't much of a change from the wording that is already there.

And I agree with the opinion.

In the past, the RDF 1.1 WG has discussed marking vocabulary terms as obsolete, such as rdf:aboutEach. The RDF11-XML spec describes these as having been withdrawn from the language, and they're not in RDF11-SCHEMA.

The definitions were removed from RDF Schema in 1.1, with a note that the discussion was removed. Of course, rdf:PlainLiteral has it's own recommendation which should probably be marked obsolete at some point when other dependent specs have been addressed (if ever).
