We are still working on the "strange loops" on RDF Concepts and RDF Semantics ("previous recommendation" pointing to the version-less short name)

The loops may be because there wasn't a URI for the previous rec and it was using the prevRecShortname.

An attempt to fix for RDF schema was, after FPWD: https://github.com/w3c/rdf-schema/commit/fe44e6023578d62f2ec20e81f20014cea999a25c

I changed the shortname in https://github.com/w3c/rdf-schema/pull/24 to rdf11-schema. Presumably, with Echidna enabled, future updates will be published to include.
