Clarification section required for the new built-in functions #126

As requested by @lisp on the mailing list, it would be helpful for the readers of the spec to have a clarification section that illustrates the usage of the new built-in functions (see PR #118), including corner cases related to the creation of triples with blank nodes and the relationship to queries over named graphs within a queried RDF-star dataset.
