Implications of RDF-star on dataset canonicalization #151

There is a separate charter underway to begin work on LD Signatures, which includes dataset canonicalization. I created an issue there to consider language that could allow canonicalization to work more generically for specs such as RDF-star.

This, and similar considerations for RDF dataset isomorphism deserve some consideration by this group, although the definition in RDF 1.1 Concepts may be abstract enough already to handle RDF-star.

Funnily enough, the definition of graph isomorphism and dataset isomorphism are written in slightly different styles. The latter, in my opinion, applies straightforwardly to RDF-star without requiring any change. The former might require some clarification...
