Adds an explicit Grammar section for TriG-star with modified triplesOrGraph production.

The link checker is complaining about relative URLs to the test suite and UCR sections. We could change these to absolute URLs such as "https://w3c.github.io/rdf-star/tests/ and https://w3c.github.io/rdf-star/UCR/rdf-star-ucr.html. Increasingly, ReSpec is a moving target ☹️

Weird about the relative URIs. When working on the docs, the relative URIs do mean my local preview is working from all local docs, with changes in progress.

However, at this point, the docs may be stable enough to keep reSpec happy and use absolute URIs.
