I have made IPR commitments and with the primary email for @afs (just checked with the W3C website).
I do have several emails associated with my GH account.
Note there are two repos w3c/rdf-star and w3c/rdf-start in the groups database : https://labs.w3.org/repo-manager/repos and rdf-start seems not to exist.
