Update editors #101

@rmcilroy, @igrigorik, at Google we're doing a pass through specs-edited-by-Googlers to make sure they're still maintained. From I understand you've both moved on from this spec. I talked with @shaseley who maintains this area of the codebase in Chromium and he was willing to step up to help maintain things.

What do you think?

Thanks for updating this! :) I think it'd be better to move Ilya and Ross to be former editors.
