Removed nsp in favor of npm (v6) audit #43

nsp had vulnerabilities...npm audit is the new nsp.

Also upgraded mocha to ^5.2.0 to avoid other vulnerabilities

I'm not on a Mac, so I can't test growl usage...but tests "work" (succeed and fail in the same ways) as they did before.
