Move `inverseOf` axioms to SOSA-OMS alignment graph #103

Having inverseOf axioms in the SOSA graph may be inconsistent with the principle that the SOSA graph is primarily to establish identity without axiomatization.

It has been argued that the inverseOf axioms are primarily to support alignment with OMS. Are they required in SOSA for any other purpose (KWG @kjano ?)

In meeting on 2023-10-19 the original editors confirmed that the inclusion of owl:inverseOf axioms in the SOSA graph was deliberate not accidental.
