After discussion between @dr-shorthair and @rob-metalinkage we decided that, rather than mix Sample and Sampling properties on a SampleCollection, it was better to create new properties from Sample or SampleCollection to Procedure and Sampler as follows:

isResultOfUsedProcedure
isResultOfMadeBySampler

The names are implicitly chains of the properties isResultOf with usedProcedure and madeBySampler.

TTL and HTML has been updated to match.

Submitted commit to make the phrasing "mentioned" to be more explicit regarding property presence, and allow for transitive membership satisfaction of rules.

I also had a go at re-writing, and have merged our ideas.

@rob-metalinkage can you please check https://raw.githack.com/w3c/sdw-sosa-ssn/collections/ssn/index.html#Collections-specification and remove your merge block if it is OK.
