I can't see anything to prevent merging this pull request. However, the imported classes sosa:ObservationCollection, sosa:Observation and sosa:PreparationStep and producing errors in Protégé (e.g. parent class named http://org.semanticweb.owlapi/error#Error1).

I will investigate this further and open issues if necessary.

This is likely an issue with Protégé itself. In discussion in the mail-list.
