Deprecate input output condition result #163

Because sosa:Input and sosa:Output did not exist in the 2017 Edition. ssn:Input and ssn:Output remain in the SSN graph to protect any legacy applications, but are marked 'deprecated'.

OTOH Result was always in the sosa: namespace, so has to be marked 'deprecated' in the SOSA graph.
