[Responsible Use] - some data ethics references #1283

@EmilyDaemen and others, I am not sure whether this is the correct place for this, as I have not been actively engaged in the topic.

I have just come across a couple of documents that might contain useful snippets and be useful as references:

Towards a UK Climate Service Code of Ethics, Marina Baldissera Pacchetti, Jillian Schacher, Suraje Dessai, Marta Bruno Soares, Rob Lawlor, and Joseph Daron, 2021. BAMS, DOI: 10.1175/BAMS-D-21-0137.1

And a reference from 1941 about communication of information, as Reuters resisted government pressure to issue propaganda: The Reuters Trust Principles.
